A Day Hike in Marin

One of my favorite hikes in Marin just happens to be dog-friendly. It begins in a shady canyon following a creek path until quite dramatically ascending to an off-leash fire trail with much different foliage, direct sun, and views of the bay.

My dog, Pepper, on a long stretch of trail where dogs are allowed off leash and under voice control.

Unnecessary bridge, but nice to look at.
